Overview:

We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician ready to grow their career!

This is a PART-TIME, IN-HOME case, Tue-Fri. approx 3-7pm (Wed. 3-6pm) and Saturdays 9am-12pm.

Responsibilities

1. Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
2. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
3. Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
4. Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
5. Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
6. Track client progress and program data.
7. Understand and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
8. Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.

Qualifications

1. Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
3. Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
4. Valid Driver’s License.
5. Reliable transportation and insurance.
6. Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
7. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
