Job summary

Bright Builders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children across home, school, and clinic settings in Essex, MD. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the team to promote client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy or working with children experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $28 hourly

• Part Time:

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Essex, Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
