Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Flanders, NJ. You will deliver ABA therapy to children with ASD, developing and implementing individualized plans in collaboration with clinicians.

Data collection and progress analysis will drive treatment decisions, with clear communication to parents and caregivers throughout. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to adapt to home and school environments.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and understanding when working with individuals with ASD.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians
• Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation$24-$32/hour! Based on experience and registration/certification
• Part-time schedule. After school hours.
• Mileage reimbursement between clients and limited travel for in-home services by matching you with clients within a 15-mile radius of your home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Schedule

• Monday-Friday after 3:00 pm
