Job summary

River Rock Behavioral Therapy, a Finni Health company, is hiring an RBT in Elwood, IN for full-time, in-person work on weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm. You will provide ABA therapy under supervision by a BCBA, working one-on-one to support skill development and independence.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required)
• Previous experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
