Responsibilities as an RBT

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Apply creative and advanced techniques in play-based and naturalistic environments.
• Support children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing for transitions.
• Document and track developmental progress to tailor therapy programs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, sustain impact, and perform physical activities like running, crouching, kneeling, and bending. Must have full range of motion of hands and arms, and be able to move quickly between positions. Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Background check and drug test are mandatory for safety reasons.

Salary Range

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
