Job summary

Bright Builders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support growth.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliability in transportation. Travel within the local area is expected, with flexible part-time scheduling and competitive hourly pay.

• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24 - $32 hourly
• Part Time:
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Germantown, Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
