We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work directly with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your duties will include using evidence-based techniques to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills, while reducing interfering behaviors.
Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and team-oriented. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.
