Aim Higher ABA provides in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer expert assessment and child-centered compassionate care, all scheduled at the family's convenience.

The RBT position involves providing ABA therapy for families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties:

• Provide direct 1-on-1 therapy in the home or in community schools.
• Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Maintain respect for clients and protect their wellbeing during treatment sessions.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour.

Treatment programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
