Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Georgia is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver individualized sessions focused on communication, behavior reduction, and daily living skills.

This full-time, in-home role offers competitive pay ($25–$32/hr), flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and growth within a mission-driven team. CPR preferred but not required; RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Cumming, GA, 30040.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.
