Overview

Position: Registered Behavior Technician

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Schedule: Monday - Friday, some evenings until 6pm

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 /hr (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire a Full-Time registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in Crystal Lake, IL. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
• Some travel may be required
