Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Columbus, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. The RBT will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a hands-on, supportive environment.

This in-person role offers competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time options. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, along with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Ability to work with children with autism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.
