Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in Augusta, GA. The position is in-person with pay ranging from $25 to $33 per hour, and full-time or part-time hours are available.

You will work under a BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans and help children with autism develop communication and daily living skills. Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with families and clinical team, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.
