Job summary

Look Up Therapy LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians in Davie County, North Carolina, to start now. You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 2 to 10 in their homes and daycares, and you’ll be part of the team that opens our new center in Advance in January 2027.

You’ll earn $20 to $25 per hour with health, dental, vision, and disability insurance plus paid time off for every team member, including RBTs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Not certified yet? We’ll help you get there.

Responsibilities

• Run one-on-one ABA sessions following each child’s treatment plan.
• Collect session data carefully so your BCBA can adjust the plan.
• Help parents and daycare staff use the same strategies between sessions.
• Build a trusting relationship with each child and family.
