Job summary

DreamBuilders ABA seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Chesapeake, VA team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, implement plans designed by a BCBA, and help families achieve meaningful progress.

A high school diploma is required with RBT certification or willingness to obtain it; reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally are important. Competitive pay ($18–$25/hour) with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour
• Shifts: 4:30-8:30, flexible
• Location: Chesapeake, VA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. BA a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
