Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is hiring Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum. The roles welcome newcomers and experienced therapists, with both part-time and full-time opportunities and comprehensive training provided.

Positions involve in-person, one-on-one sessions, using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in a child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 40 hour RBT training.
• ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; assistance available to attain.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
