Job summary

Optimum Behavioral Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in school-based and home-based settings in Carlsbad, CA. You’ll work under teachers and BCBAs to support students’ learning and social-emotional development, with a schedule Mon–Fri 7:45 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification.
Experience working with children (preferred).
Reliable transportation and consistent availability.

Responsibilities

Work directly in classrooms under supervision to implement behavior intervention plans.

Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We offer both school-based and home-based positions to fit your schedule and career goals.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45AM AM - 3:00 PM

Setting: School-based position supporting students during the school day. ABA sessions available after school (optional)

Role: Work directly in classrooms under the supervision of teachers and BCBAs to implement behavior intervention plans, support learning, and foster social and emotional development.
