Job summary

Optimum Behavioral Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in school-based and home-based settings in Carlsbad, CA. You’ll work under teachers and BCBAs to support students’ learning and social-emotional development, with a schedule Mon–Fri 7:45 AM–3:00 PM.

Competitive hourly pay ($22–$26) plus BCBA supervision, ongoing training, and growth opportunities in a collaborative, mission-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.

Responsibilities

• Work directly in classrooms under supervision to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Support learning and social-emotional development.
• Coordinate with teachers and BCBAs to deliver ABA sessions.
