Position Overview
At BrightBridge ABA, our mission is to deliver exceptional, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client's unique goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy in various settings, including home, school, or community, under BCBA supervision.
- Implement treatment plans with fidelity, ensuring adherence to RBT standards.
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision and training.
- Provide compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and promoting positive experiences.
- Follow ethical guidelines and company policies to maintain professional conduct.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification through BACB or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in related fields is a plus.
- Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement treatment plans accurately.
- Physical ability to work with children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and moving as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation if traveling to client locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children in ABA or special education settings.
- Bilingual abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in data collection.
