Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes in the Brick Township area of New Jersey. The role offers a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, with pay rates between $25 and $32 per hour and biweekly pay based on experience and availability.

Flexible scheduling, insurance for full-time staff after 30 days, and 401(k) after 3 months are provided. Supervisory support by BCBAs and opportunities for CE credits are available.
