Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA, LLC seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support learners in home-based settings in the Tuckerton area, New Jersey. A $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus are offered to new hires.

Our RBTs enjoy competitive pay between $25 and $32 per hour with biweekly pay, flexible scheduling, and access to supervision by experienced BCBAs. We support our staff with benefits after eligibility and a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
