Job summary

Clementine ABA in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our caring team and deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This FT/PT role focuses on implementing treatment plans, recording client progress, and collaborating with families to support success while maintaining a safe, positive environment during sessions.

Pay is $22–$26 per hour, with 40 hours/week for full-time or flexible part-time schedules; local travel is required and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $26/hour

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Chesapeake, VA

Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
