Job summary

Clementine ABA in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for career advancement in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

The RBT will provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success. Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $26/hour

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Ashburn, VA

Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
