Job summary

Clementine ABA in Reston, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our caring team. We deliver evidence-based in-home ABA therapy focused on client success and ongoing professional growth.

You will provide 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families to ensure progress. We offer flexible schedules, full- or part-time options, and a supportive environment with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required (some college preferred).
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $26/hour

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Reston, VA

Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

• Ability to pass background check.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
