Job summary

Kinfolk ABA in Benson, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home after school. The role offers a pay range of $27-$29 per hour with 12-20 hours per week and after-school shifts.

The RBT will support BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect and document client progress, and collaborate with families to promote progress while maintaining confidentiality and a safe therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour ABA training course.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.
