Job summary

Lux Esto, a Finni Health company, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person work in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Part-time schedule Tue/Wed/Mon 9:00am-4:00pm, $24.00 per hour, with supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification and comprehensive ABA services for clients.

You will implement ABA treatment plans, collect data, and support development of communication, social and life skills under BCBA oversight in a structured setting. Background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required).
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology (preferred).
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
