Job summary

Open Doors ABA in Antioch, TN is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for in-person school-based therapy with children on the autism spectrum. The role involves delivering ABA treatment under BCBA supervision in a supportive clinical team.

You will implement plans, track progress, and maintain session notes, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–3:00pm schedule and hourly pay of $24–$28. RBT certification is required.

About The Role

As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.
