Job summary

Open Doors ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Antioch, TN to provide compassionate ABA therapy in-school, in-person settings. You’ll implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, track progress, and engage children in activities that promote growth.

The role offers a Monday–Friday day schedule and opportunities for supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certifications. Competitive hourly pay in the $24–$28 range, health insurance options, and flexible scheduling are provided to support

About the Role:

As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

• Track client progress and record accurate session notes

• Engage with children in fun, educational activities to foster growth and learning

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm
