Requirements

Expectations

• Provide one on one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Maintain positive and professional communication with team.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, implement behavior support, and follow treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors’ needs and requests
• Maintain excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Be communicative & collaborative.
• Be committed to purposeful care.
• Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented in your work
