SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year in Vallejo, CA. The role involves implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, applying ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors, data collection, and supporting teachers.

Formación

• 6 months ABA experience required, 1 year preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment.
• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• Completion of 40 hours RBT training may be provided by SPG.
