Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This in-home role in Harvard, Illinois offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing BCBA-designed plans, collecting progress data, and working closely with families to ensure client success. Travel to local homes may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
