Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy in Barrington, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based interventions and collecting progress data.

Candidates should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation; prior ABA experience is a plus. Flexible afternoons/weekends and local travel are required.
