Job summary

Java Autism Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We specialize in evidence-based ABA therapy and support children, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

The RBT will provide 1:1 therapy in-school, implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and work with families to ensure client success. A background check and reliable transportation are required. Pay ranges $24-$28/hour with afternoon shifts, plus opportunities for advancement and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-school.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and document data on client progress.
