Job summary

MedCare Pediatric in Texas is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA). Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one and group settings, following behavior reduction plans and protocols.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company-issued tablets and complete daily session notes.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents during staff meetings and trainings.

• Ability and commitment to complete a 40-hour training course with us to obtain certification
