Behavior Technicians (BTs) work one-on‑one with children to help build communication, social, and daily living skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA). Entry Level Behavior Technician Qualifications & Responsibilities

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of experience and/or exposure to working with children
• Comfortable working with children or individuals with special needs
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Ability and commitment to complete a 40‑hour training course with us to obtain certification
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Maintain a highly professional, positive attitude and demonstrate reliability and punctuality
• Must pass a background check
• Provide direct care to clients in both one‑on‑one and group settings, following behavior reduction plans and protocols
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company‑issued tablets and complete daily session notes
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents while attending staff meetings and trainings
