Job summary

Lamplight Behavior Analysis is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized ABA therapies in a clinic.

You will collect data, document progress, and support treatment plans with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care for learners with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
