Job summary

Lamplight Behavior Analysis in Omaha, NE, is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision in our clinic.

You will collect data, write session notes, collaborate with BCBAs, and help families, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (must provide RBT number).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques in a clinic setting.
• Collect and record data via electronic data collection platform on learner progress.
• Complete session notes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate empathetically and effectively with learners, families, and team members.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for learners.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
