Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings. The role includes implementing individualized skill-building plans and collecting session data with electronic devices.

No prior experience required; paid training to earn RBT certification is provided, with ongoing support from a strong clinical team and opportunities for professional growth. Part-time options available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their RBT certification before providing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
