Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring for part-time, in-home ABA services to support children with Autism. We provide paid training and help eligible candidates earn an RBT certification before delivering services.

You’ll work with a dedicated clinical team and families to implement individualized skill-building plans. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about making a difference, patient, and reliable, with willingness to learn and grow within a supportive ABA environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain their RBT certification before providing services; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
