Heartland ABA is seeking motivated individuals to join our clinical team as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) aides. We provide paid training to help you earn your RBT certification before you begin working with clients in home and community settings.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and excited to make a lasting impact in the lives of children with Autism. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
• Commit to at least six months to support client progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
