Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (part-time) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis–driven therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings. The role involves 1:1 sessions and data tracking, under the supervision of a BCBA.

Ideal candidates have a BCBA-supervised RBT certification or equivalent, a driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs in home/community settings
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Work under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other targeted goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Adhere to company policies and protect patient confidentiality

Overview

Our therapy team executes customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations.

2 hours per week - will grow in 30-60 days

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
