Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is hiring an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with BCBA teams and families delivering play-based ABA therapy. You will implement direct services, collect data, and participate in supervision to improve outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with clinic’s ABA team.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 30 therapy hours per week.
