Job summary

Westside is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy under the supervision of BCBAs. You’ll work directly with children and families to implement therapy plans and track progress.

Ideal candidates will have an active RBT or be within 60 days of certification, with strong communication and comfort using various computer tools. A supportive, collaborative team and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
