Job summary

Westside is seeking a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy to children in the clinic during weekday evenings and Saturdays. You’ll work closely with BCBAs, implement therapy programs, collect data, and document progress with accuracy.

You’ll engage families, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to a fun, collaborative culture. The role requires an active RBT certification and a high school diploma, with competitive hourly pay and flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification with BACB upon start.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence with a variety of computer applications.
• Friendly, engaging personality with ability to connect with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions for feedback.
• Collect and record client data and complete documentation accurately.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children on caseload and make each session engaging.
