Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed intervention plans to improve social, communication, and daily living skills in a one-on-one setting.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism, familiarity with ABA, and a commitment to learning. Roles are in-person in Maryland with opportunities for growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients in improving their social, communication, and daily living skills.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
