Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis in home and community settings to teach clients life skills. The role involves traveling to clients' homes and community sites, delivering one-on-one behavioral services, and maintaining precise data records.

Applicants must hold a current RBT credential, be registered with Nevada ADSD, and be at least 18. A minimum of 10 hours per week is required, with background checks and TB testing completed as

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Current registration with Nevada ADSD required.
• Over age 18.
• Willing to work a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must obtain negative TB test.
• Reliable transportation (public or private).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years college credit or an associate’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels to home and other community settings to deliver services.
• Implements one-on-one behavioral services.
• Accurate and detailed data collection and service notes.
• Continued mentorship from GOALS supervisors.

Education

2 years college credit or associate’s degree
