Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs in home and community settings, teaching clients life skills. The role involves travel to client sites and delivering one-on-one behavioral services under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of college credit or an associate’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to home and community settings, as required, to deliver services.
• Implement one-on-one behavioral services.
• Collect accurate and detailed data and service notes.
• Receive continued support and mentorship from GOALS supervisors.

Essential Job Functions

• Travel to home and community settings, as required, to deliver services

Requirements

• Over 18 years old
• Must be willing to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to obtain a negative TB test
• Reliable transportation (public or private)

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• RBT certification preferred but not required
