Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians to implement behavior modification programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis in both home and community settings. This role involves traveling to various locations as necessary to teach clients essential skills for life.

The ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and relevant experience or education, with a strong preference for bachelor’s degree holders. GOALS offers comprehensive training and support for those seeking RBT certification, ensuring continuous growth in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be over age 18 and willing to work a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Reliable transportation is required for traveling to service locations.
• Ability to pass background check and obtain negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Travel to home and community settings to deliver services.
• Implement one-on-one behavioral services for clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed data collection and service notes.

Essential Job Functions

• Travels to home and other community settings, as required, to deliver services
• Implements one‑on‑one behavioral services
• Accurate and detailed data collection and service notes required
• Continued support and mentorship from GOALS supervisors

Requirements
