Job summary

Applied ABC in Florida is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our autism therapy team at the Lakeland center. You will deliver one-to-one ABA interventions under BCBA supervision, participate in ongoing staff training, and collect therapy data to monitor progress.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or are pursuing relevant education, and hold a valid RBT certification. Availability on both weekdays and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place at our local Autism Therapy Center in Applied ABC Florida
