Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing individualized intervention plans, data collection, and ongoing communication with supervising staff.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4pm–7pm, with weekday and weekend availability. Prior ABA experience and an active RBT certification are required; a BA in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
