Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families.

The position requires at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current pursuit, and an active RBT certification. Weekday and weekend availability is expected, with competitive pay in a supportive team.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
